.Wij zijn op zoek naar een Junior SEO Project manager die ons team in Madrid komt versterken Functieomschrijving Context van de positie De Junior SEO project Manager maakt deel uit van het marketing- en content team van de Nederlandstalige afdeling in Madrid. Binnen het Marketing- en contentteam zal je samenwerken met 4 andere Nederlandstalige Project managers onder leiding van Sebastian Matthijsen . Missie? De creatie en opvolging van Nederlandstalige content over energie en water met als doel onze website te positioneren als dé referentie om de Belgische consumenten te helpen bij het maken van de beste keuzes voor hun energiecontracten. Doel? Jouw doel is het aantal kwalitatieve leads voor onze verkoopafdeling te genereren en de online verkoop te verbeteren. SEO is een belangrijk acquisitiekanaal voor Selectra. Te behalen resultaten Nieuwe inhoud creëren Je ontwikkelt content over het thema energie en water op een deel van de site dat aan jou wordt toebedeeld en je waakt over de keywords met een groot potentieel inzake de Belgische energiemarkt. Je organiseert en volgt de redactie en publicatie van nieuwe artikelen op. Actualiseren van de inhoud Je waakt over het bestaande energieaanbod (tarieven, voorwaarden, gidsen) en je actualiseert de details van de aanbiedingen in de artikelen. Je optimaliseert bestaande content conform de best practices, om de positie te verbeteren. Je verbetert de gebruikerservaring en de kwaliteit van de informatie. Je detecteert eventuele (technische) bugs en je modereert de commentaren van de gebruikers. Verbetering van de SEO positionering van de content Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de positionering van de webcontent van de energie en water categorie. Je volgt de SEO positie van de sleutelpagina's op de voet. Je onderneemt actie om de positie te verbeteren (actualiteit, identificatie van SEO verbeteringen). Monetariseren van webcontent Je optimaliseert affiliate links, integreert call-to-actions op de website en je optimaliseert hun presentatie. Jouw profiel Je hebt een bachelor of masterdiploma, bij voorkeur in marketing of communicatie. Je herkent jezelf in de volgende punten: Perfecte kennis van het Nederlands: geen enkele fout zal je ontgaan Een vloeiend Engels niveau is ook vereist, Frans en of Spaans zijn pluspunten. Je hebt een passie voor schrijven. Je hebt een uitstekende spelling en een goede schrijfstijl. Je hebt al een eerste ervaring in content management en/of web marketing en je bent gepassioneerd voor SEO. Je houdt ervan je analytische en technische vaardigheden aan te scherpen. Basiskennis van een van de volgende is een pluspunt: CMS zoals Drupal of Wordpress, Google Analytics, Google Search Console. Keyword searching tools zoals Ahrefs en basiskennis van HTML. De voorwaarden Locatie: Madrid Type contract: Contract voor onbepaalde tijd Zolang je de verwachte resultaten behaalt, verdien je de mogelijkheid tot thuiswerken (maximum 3 dagen per week thuiswerken)
