In this role, you'll collaborate closely with Schindler IT to empower our finance and field operations colleagues worldwide with powerful analytics, business intelligence, and reporting capabilities.Become a Master of Data & Empower Decision MakingDrive innovation in data visualization and reporting, developing impactful reports that empower leaders to make data-driven decisions.Agile Lead on key digitalization and automation projects related to reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. Structure and manage large quantities of complex information into a product roadmap.Champion requirement engineering: Uncover user needs through deep dives and workshops. Craft clear, concise, and functional requirements that ensure your solutions meet user expectations and run smoothly.Manage solution backlog: Break down your solution into separate versions and prioritize requirements so that your tech team can deliver value with each release.Foster and facilitate change management, supporting a culture of data-driven decision making within a multinational environment.Be part of a young and dynamic team where you can become a key member since day one.
