In this role, you'll collaborate closely with Schindler IT to empower our finance and field operations colleagues worldwide with powerful analytics, business intelligence, and reporting capabilities.Partner with business stakeholders to develop impactful reports and dashboards that drive data-driven decisions.Lead and contribute to key digitalization and automation projects related to reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.Collaborate on requirement engineering: Uncover user needs, translate them into clear functional requirements, and ensure solutions meet user expectations.Manage solution backlogs, prioritizing features to ensure the tech team delivers maximum value with each release.Foster a culture of data-driven decision making within a multinational environment.What you bringAre You a Perfect Fit?4+ years of experience in requirement engineering and understanding of user needs. Proven ability to communicate with business stakeholders and development team.2+ years of experience in project management utilizing agile management tools like Jira, SharePoint, Confluence, or similar solutions.2+ years of experience in various reporting, analytics, or data management projects. Experience with a leading BI tool (e.G. Power BI, Qlik, or Tableau) is a plus.Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, engineering, or a relevant field.Experience working in a multinational environment is a plus.Fluency in English and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and management.
