Schindler is seeking a highly skilled Digital Analytics Specialist to join its Global Reporting Solutions (GRS) team. As a Power BI Consultant, you will be responsible for building strong business process knowledge and creating impactful reports for Group and Country management. You will work closely with the product owner and scrum master to organize your team and gather requirements. Your expertise in data analytics, visualizations, and reporting will be crucial in designing best-in-class Power BI reports in collaboration with experts from various departments. You will report to the CoE Digital Analytics Team Lead in Madrid and be part of the Global Reporting Solutions (GRS) team based in Ebikon, Switzerland.

We are seeking a candidate with a passion for analytics and reporting, who is comfortable driving change and has a solid problem-solving background. You should be a well-rounded professional with a balance between IT and business knowledge. Your ability to operate and deliver in a fast-paced environment, meeting high-quality standards, is essential. You will be responsible for advancing data modeling skills, focusing on middle and long-term planning, and managing the backlog of your scrum team.

To be successful in this role, you will need at least 4-5 years of experience in various BI projects with solid knowledge in one of the leading BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Einstein Analytics or Tableau) for data analytics, visualizations, and reporting. Knowledge of Power BI is a plus. You should have a Bachelor's degree or engineering and a full BI lifecycle experience (from requirement gathering to data collection up to the reporting). A strong problem solver with the ability to translate business needs into impactful reports is required. Additionally, you should be an evangelist for change management and driving digitalization within a multinational environment. Strong business knowledge of the Sales process related to Funnel management as well as Performance analysis is a must. Knowledge of CRM systems and SAP FI/CO modules is a plus. You should be a team player with a proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment. Highly organized with the ability to structure and manage large quantities of complex information is essential. Proficiency in English and proactive communication with all levels of staff and management is required. Ability to challenge value and ideas, prioritize on critical paths for success, proactive risk finder, and coordinator across teams is a must.
