Job Description About the role: As an Account Manager , you will apply your extensive knowledge in strategy, planning, and all media campaigns across all media channels.
In return, the agency will offer training opportunities to support your professional development, including coaching by senior leaders.
Building strong relationships with clients and other external partners is also an important part of this role.
How you'd spend your day: Establishing a direct relationship with the client's marketing team, Developing an overall strategy as well as media rationales, Setting an optimal application of strategic lines, Coordinating global levels of all the brand's series of products, Coordinating with the Planning Unit for the development and purchase of media campaigns, Estimating needs and characteristics required for the defined objectives, Monitoring and evaluating the objectives, Handling budgetary control of your brands and coordination/approval of billing, Suggesting proposals for improvement, Managing all market sources, Contacting the media.
Qualifications What we're looking for: Bachelor's Degree related to Advertising, Marketing, or Economics, or around 4-5 years of experience managing clients, showing a clear client orientation.
At least 3 years of experience as a planner or manager, preferably in international accounts.
Multimedia capacity, high media planning knowledge, with a focus on the Digital environment.
Proficiency in English (B2 or more).
This will be assessed at interview by The Talent Team.
Good communication skills, dynamic, flexible, and proactive.
We think you're awesome if you: Have good knowledge and use of media planning tools such as InstarAnalytics, TOM Micro/Galileo, etc.
Own previous experience as an Account Manager in Media Agencies for at least 2 years.
Exhibit leadership and people management skills.
Steadfastly push self and others for results.
Are open to new ideas and change.
