Then join us and become the Productivity Expert for AZ Technology's Global People & Culture Function. Reporting into the Head of Global People Operations & IT, you will work with colleagues from across the function to identify and address productivity drags and barriers in the processes, applications and models used.

Key Responsibilities Analyze existing processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.Conduct productivity assessments within the function to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement; provide actionable insights to CPO leadership.Evaluate and recommend productivity tools and software to enhance People operations.Develop and implement streamlined workflows to enhance productivity across teams, leveraging technology (e.g. AI, automations) to improve productivity across the wider function whilst ensuring outstanding UX.Collaborate with teams across the CPO function to integrate best practices and innovative solutions to meet organizational needs.Lead change management activities (incl. trainings) to ensure seamless adoption of new processes & technologies.Utilize data analytics to monitor productivity metrics and trends.Work as an integral member of the global People Operations & IT Team.Requirements/Experience: Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in People & Culture Function or a productivity-focused role.Familiarity with AI and productivity tools as well as People (HR) applications.Proven track record of successfully implementing improvement/change initiatives.Experience in data analysis and reporting within a People & Culture context.Experience in an international and agile working environment.Fluency in English (written and spoken); other languages are a bonus.Competency with MS Office suite.Key Skills & Abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with diverse teams.Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others.Knowledge of productivity tools and assessment methodologies.Ability to simplify complex topics and processes also for non-experts.Ability to work independently, as well as engaging with various stakeholders in virtual teams across continents and cultures.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, hands-on mentality with capability to deliver results.Adaptability and openness to change, with a focus on continuous learning and development.Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Good assertiveness and organizational skills, capable of dealing with multiple priorities.Agile skills are a bonus (e.g. Scrum Master, Product Owner).*The personal information that you may provide to us (including sensitive information) may be provided to Hiring Managers for the purposes of assessing your suitability as a candidate.
