**QUÉ HARÁS EN TU TRABAJO**

Como Customer Experience Analyst, tu objetivo será monitorear el nível de servicio prestado a los clientes, la identificación de puntos de dolor, la mejora de procesos internos que mejoren el rendimiento de la empresa frente a sus clientes. También será necesario revisar la user experience de las distintas herramientas digitales para identificar puntos de mejora.

Necesitamos a alguien como tú para que nos ayude en distintos ámbitos:

- Mejorar la Experiência de Cliente mediante la identificación de puntos de dolor en base a los inputs de los clientes.
- Hacer seguimiento de proveedores y níveles de servicio.
- Diseño, optimización y control de herramientas digitales.
- Identificar e implementar mejoras del servicio.
- Monitorear la voz del cliente mediante un sistema de encuestas.

**EXPERIENCIA**
- 3 años experiência en áreas de experiência cliente, digitalización y control de calidad.

**EDUCACIÓN**
- Licenciado / Grado

**HABILIDADES & CONOCIMIENTOS**
- Capacidad analítica, gestión de proyectos, nível avanzado en inglés
