.Country Manager Spain (Based in Madrid)Job DescriptionOur client is seeking a seasoned professional to join our newly formed Security Integration business, acting in the capacity of Country Manager for Spain.The Country Manager, Spain will be responsible to perform work under the management of the Director of International. The role is split between home, office and field working dependent on schedules and project commitments.You will act as a single point of contact for our clients Spain projects and our global accounts. Coordination of service, maintenance, and installation activities at customer locations in Madrid.Upkeep of KPI's and delivery of exceptional service to clients to ensure repeat business, account profitability and 100% client satisfaction.Key responsibilities will involve the day-to-day management of our client's security projects to include project management, design support, integration, service, technical troubleshooting, and oversight in support of our regional strategy.You will take a direct role in managing our LSP network (Local Service Partners) and support the development of our Spain business & supply chain, ensuring works are completed on time, on budget and tested to the highest industry standards.Specific Skills and Requirements:A desire to be the first in and support the growth plans of the businessMinimum 8 years Security Systems Integration experienceImplementation, design and project management experienceEngineering and Technical Skills (former Engineer that has transitioned from the field to project management operations management preferred)Access Control SystemsCCTV Systems experienceIntrusion Detection Systems ExperienceIT Systems experienceSpain ELV systems code / standards / compliance knowledgeKnowledge of Spain supply chains / distribution / product manufacturersGood network of local sub-contractors (cable installers, conduit installers, installation technicians etc.)Ability to work individually, lead and grow / build a resourceful problem solverSpecific duties include:Client liaison / planningCompleting / documenting site surveysCoordinating design informationLiaising with the design teamCreating work schedulesTaking ownership of all Health and Safety Requirements (Risk Assessments & Method Statements)Sourcing and liaising with Sub-ContractorsOrdering of materialsCommercial project managementFinancial project managementPlanning of installation worksOrganise access / permitsLiaison with clientManage project schedulesManage changes to scope / pricingLiaise with client / contractorsManage construction projectsAttend site meetings / callsQuality control checksPlan and organize commissioningEngage technical support teamsTest and commission the systemsOrganise trainingHandover the systemSign off and engage design team to complete O&M'sAll other duties at the direction of the company President:Travel to sites in Spain, as required for meetings, spot checks and final commissioning, if required
