About the Role As a Swedish-Speaking Business Developer, you will be part of a high-energy team responsible for promoting and selling Google Ads products to a range of businesses. You'll use your sales expertise and knowledge of digital marketing to build relationships with new and existing clients, helping them understand the benefits of Google Ads and assisting them in growing their online presence. You will focus on the Swedish market, engaging with small to medium-sized businesses (SMBs), and working closely with them to tailor Google Ads solutions that meet their specific needs.

Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and manage a portfolio of clients in the Swedish market, helping them understand the potential of Google Ads for their business growth.Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent communication, understanding their needs, and providing tailor-made digital marketing solutions.Consultative Selling: Act as a trusted advisor for your clients, offering insights and recommendations on how to maximize their online presence and advertising investment using Google Ads.Achieve KPIs: Work towards clear performance metrics and sales targets, striving to exceed expectations and grow your client portfolio.Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (including marketing, customer support, and technical teams) to ensure the best possible service and support for your clients.Market Research: Stay up to date with industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities, using this knowledge to identify new opportunities and improve client outcomes. Required Skills & Experience Fluent in Swedish (C2 level) with excellent communication skills.English proficiency at a B2 level or higher is required.Previous experience in sales or business development (minimum 1-2 years) with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.Familiarity with Google Ads, digital marketing, or online advertising is highly beneficial.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly with clients.Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently while thriving in a team-oriented environment.A passion for technology and digital solutions with the ability to stay ahead of trends in the advertising industry.
