About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Swedish-speaking Business Developer to join our team at Cross Border Talents. As a Business Developer, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our digital marketing solutions to businesses in the Swedish market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales & Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and manage a portfolio of clients in the Swedish market, helping them understand the potential of our digital marketing solutions for their business growth.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent communication, understanding their needs, and providing tailor-made digital marketing solutions.
  • Consultative Selling: Act as a trusted advisor for your clients, offering insights and recommendations on how to maximize their online presence and advertising investment using our digital marketing solutions.
  • Achieve KPIs: Work towards clear performance metrics and sales targets, striving to exceed expectations and grow your client portfolio.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (including marketing, customer support, and technical teams) to ensure the best possible service and support for your clients.
  • Market Research: Stay up to date with industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities, using this knowledge to identify new opportunities and improve client outcomes.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Fluent in Swedish (C2 level) with excellent communication skills.
  • English proficiency at a B2 level or higher is required.
  • Previous experience in sales or business development (minimum 1-2 years) with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing, online advertising, or a related field is highly beneficial.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly with clients.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently while thriving in a team-oriented environment.
  • A passion for technology and digital solutions with the ability to stay ahead of trends in the advertising industry.
