Tu principal responsabilidad será asegurar, mediante la coordinación entre los diferentes departamentos de la compañía, la rápida resolución de posibles incidencias de los distribuidores.Como Agent Support Representative, te encargarás de:Gestión incidencias recibidas a través de QMS de precios, reclamaciones, contratos, ajuste saldo de tubos, modificación datos de clientes, entre otras.Apoyo y formación de diferentes herramientas / aplicaciones / procesos.Gestión de la cuenta corriente de los distribuidores: control morosidad, limpieza de cuenta; recepción pagares;revisión vencimiento avales bancarios; control de cobros y pagos agentes (credit); comisiones y liquidaciones (consultas); generación de auto facturas y pago de factura al agente como proveedor; enviar la información del detalle de la transferencia de los cobros.Modificación de albaranes y archivo de contratos y documentos legales del distribuidor.Suministro de materiales de imagen corporativa - albaranes, contratos de botellas, bolsas de averiadas, catálogos, rotulación y cartelería, tarjetas de visita.¿Qué estamos buscando?Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y relación interpersonal.Compromiso, orientación a resultados y con capacidad de influencia sobre los demás, además de orientación al cliente/distribuidor.Iniciativa propia, dinamismo y disciplina para cumplir con el acuerdo de servicio con el distribuidor.Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y habilidades de análisis para la detección y resolución de incidencias.Amplios conocimientos y experiencia en SAP y MS Office.Idiomas: español nativo.
