.To support our dynamic growth and innovation, we are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Manager - Project Management to join our team. This senior role will oversee the management of multiple high-profile projects, driving the success of our clients and ensuring operational excellence. Reporting directly to the CEO and the Head of Strategy & Operations, this individual will be responsible for defining project objectives, conducting strategy, overseeing reports and analysis, creating timelines, and facilitating clear and consistent communication across all teams.Project Leadership: Lead and oversee multiple projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet high-quality standards, are delivered on time, and within budget.Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, particularly in the financial and consumer goods sectors. Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic project plans that align with client objectives and overall business goals. Identify opportunities for growth and innovation within projects.Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of project managers and support staff. Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Ensure all projects comply with industry regulations and standards.Performance Monitoring: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management and clients.Resource Allocation: Efficiently allocate resources, including personnel, budget, and technology, to ensure project success. Optimize resource utilization to achieve project objectives.Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes and methodologies. Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management. Ensure transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.Market Insights: Stay updated with industry trends, market developments, and competitive landscape. Use insights to inform project strategies and client recommendations.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field. A Master's degree or MBA is preferred.Minimum of six years of experience in project management, with at least two years in a senior leadership role.Proven experience in a top tier consulting company and/or a marketing agency, with a strong portfolio of successfully managed projects.Excellent client management skills, with a track record of maintaining strong client relationships.Experience with project/creative management tools.Proficiency in data analysis and reporting (Excel proficiency)
