Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our IT solutions team in driving digital transformation and strategic growth. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of internal and outsourced projects from initiation to transition to operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project scope, estimate, resources, roles, and responsibilities to ensure successful project delivery.
- Engage with global business leaders and leverage IT teams and functions to determine requirements and deliver IT solutions that improve efficiency and generate value.
- Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to meet desired business objectives.
- Establish project governance, manage risks, and ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and regulatory policies.
- Direct project team outputs, ensuring overall project success and effective use of resources.
- Monitor and control project execution, and engage with various user communities to identify high-priority subject areas.
Requirements:
- University degree in Informatics, Computer Sciences, Life Sciences, or similar.
- A minimum of 10+ years of experience as a Program/Project Manager.
- A minimum of 5+ years of experience in working in the Pharma or IT industry.
- Ability to understand and communicate with multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English language).
- Knowledge of/exposure to Drug Research, Development, or Commercialization portfolios is an advantage.
- Superior leadership, interpersonal, communication, collaboration, influencing, negotiation, problem-solving skills, and stakeholder management.
- Superior project and program management skills, including strong knowledge of and ability to apply various methodologies.
- Hands-on experience in driving Agile delivery.
- General understanding of current technologies, especially in the data space, and their application to enable business value.
- Experience working in a global, multi-cultural, and matrix environment.
