Job Title: Senior Project Manager, Barcelona

At Sennder, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our Centre of Excellence (CoE) team in Barcelona. As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in executing top priorities of our product strategy, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive project timelines, capacity planning, dependency mapping, and scope definition.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project management and execution
  • Project manager in product/software development
  • Drive project timelines, capacity planning, dependency mapping, scope definition with the project team (product engineering)
  • Establish smart efficient governance and project success metrics milestone tracking
  • Translate high-level product goals into actionable plans ensuring clear communication and alignment across teams
  • Financial modeling and resource allocation
  • Develop models to evaluate product project's ROI supporting roadmap creation and priority setting
  • Assist in creating business cases, product roadmap reviews, executive summaries
  • R&D refund Dev Cap calculations
  • Stakeholder engagement
  • Develop executive-level presentations for product reviews and updates
  • Serve as a liaison between the project team and Senior management
Requirements:
  • 4-6 years of experience in project management roles managing projects with multiple contributing teams, preferably within technology companies or product-focused environments
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Passion for product development, innovation, and market disruption
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and business case development
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Skills in Jira or Azure DevOps are preferred
