The team is focused on creating a recipe for excellent sales execution for sales reps covering customers in our Mid-market team.Our SaaS Sales Reps need to be masters of the sales processes they manage - from account planning and preparation, demand generation, lead identification, opportunity qualification, deal negotiation and opportunity progression.The Business Development Team within Mid-Markets ensures that our sales reps are also masters of the SaaS offerings which they bring to market - whether that be CX, HCM or ERPM.
This is an excellent opportunity for a high performing Individual Contributor to grow their leadership skills, network and improve their visibility.
Members of the team work as partners to the Sales Leadership team for Mid-markets, and are central to the execution of the business strategy.The ERP Strategy Director will:Define the process and content required to be a productive ERP Sales Rep (Messages, Scripts, Presentations, Demos)Identify and deliver to a continuous learning Curriculum for our ERP SaaS portfolioCreate the team governance required to maintain alignment and viability of all activity to drive rep successFacilitate face to face Group information/coaching/enablement sessions in the hubProvide some relevant training and development to sales reps to achieve targetsResponsibilities:This team ensures that all existing and new hire reps can deliver credible industry specific product solutions to customers and/or partners in their territory within an efficient timeline by:Developing and executing processes that enable the sales reps to take each ERP sales campaign effectively to their target customers and/or partnersDeploying or enabling the reps on the tools that will support them in their execution of campaignsDeveloping & Managing a complete ERP Learning Framework that enables sales reps to have a comprehensive understanding of the relevant SaaS product(s) on which they focus (i.E.
