.Descripción del trabajoTítulo del trabajo: Director de AdquisiciónDepartamento: AdquisiciónReportar a: Líder de país y/o Vicepresidente RegionalResumen del trabajo:Esta posición es la principal responsable de negociar y ofrecer pagos en efectivo a tanto alzado a los propietarios de torres de celdas públicas y privadas para una asignación de ingresos de alquiler futuros asociados con sus sitios celulares, por teléfono mediante el desempeño de las siguientes tareas personalmente o a través de subordinados.Responsabilidades PrimariasInvestiga y compila la lista de clientes potenciales para su uso como clientes potenciales de adquisición, basándose en información de consultas publicitarias, ferias comerciales, respuestas directas por correo, clientes potenciales antiguos, directorios de negocios, sitios web de Internet y otras fuentes.Realiza llamadas salientes y realiza llamadas de seguimiento directas a clientes potenciales y existentes por teléfono, correo y correo electrónico para crear una relación con posibles propietarios y actúa como asesor y experto en la materia, negociar, calificar clientes potenciales y adquirir alquileres.Origina y adquiere activos de infraestructura inalámbrica.Realiza actividades de investigación de mercado para mejorar la calidad de los clientes potenciales.Utiliza el sistema CRM para administrar la canalización y crear actividades de clientes potenciales y cargar documentos de transacciones en M-Files.Entrega en metas mensuales/trimestrales/anuales según sea necesario.Trabajar con departamentos funcionales (Marketing, Datos, TI, Finanzas, Gestión de la Propiedad, Legal, etc.).Mantiene los conocimientos profesionales y técnicos asistiendo a las reuniones de capacitación de ventas (y proporcionando valiosos aportes); revisar publicaciones profesionales; el establecimiento de redes personales; evaluación comparativa de las prácticas de última generación.CalificacionesEducación:- Cualificaciones de posgrado en Negocios o experiencia laboral equivalente.Experiencia:- Experiencia en finanzas, bienes raíces, telecomunicaciones, negociación de arrendamientos, adquisición de sitios o similares.- Auto iniciador altamente motivado con un fuerte liderazgo y habilidades de construcción de relaciones.- Capacidad para desarrollar una relación y actuar como asesor de confianza.- Fuerte experiencia en negociación y cierre con una trayectoria probada.- Analítica con sólidos conocimientos informáticos, experiencia laboral previa con sistemas CRM preferidos.- Se requiere fluidez en inglés (tanto oral como escrita).- Capacidad para realizar múltiples tareas, trabajar de forma independiente y dentro de un entorno de equipo.Habilidades técnicas:- Capacidad probada para llevar el proceso de ventas a su fin; debe estar motivado porel cierre de acuerdos.- Capacidad para usar CRM y la funcionalidad de informes y paneles asociados
