Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Director to join our team at Publicis Groupe. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to support our business growth.

As a natural leader, you will manage a high-performing team of recruiters and interns, providing coaching, empowerment, and development opportunities to ensure their success. You will add structure and process to guide the team in the right direction, driving performance metrics and ensuring we stay proactive and ahead of industry trends.

You will be responsible for managing your own pipelines, proactively finding talent and guiding candidates throughout all stages of the interview process. As a trusted talent advisor, you will provide consultative support to leaders, partnering with Talent Business Partners to create a culture of accountability within the team.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to support business growth.
  2. Manage a high-performing team of recruiters and interns, providing coaching, empowerment, and development opportunities.
  3. Add structure and process to guide the team in the right direction, driving performance metrics.
  4. Manage your own pipelines, proactively finding talent and guiding candidates throughout all stages of the interview process.
  5. Provide consultative support to leaders, partnering with Talent Business Partners to create a culture of accountability within the team.
Requirements
  1. A minimum of 6 years of hands-on recruitment experience.
  2. A track record of at least 5 years building and/or managing/coaching Talent Acquisition teams.
  3. Experience recruiting in media, digital, technology, advertising, marketing, professional services, or other agency style environments.
  4. The ability to determine different recruitment strategies in response to market conditions, volume, and other hiring obstacles.
  5. Demonstrated experience in leading and directing other Talent Acquisition Partners through informed recruitment strategy.
  6. A strong solutions focus and comfortable working in an environment which demands strong deliverables.
  7. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent education.
  8. Fluency in Spanish (native or C1 level).
