The Role

We are seeking a talented Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team in the EMEA region. As a key contributor, you will be responsible for owning the full cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, for our Junior Talent pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and offer management
  • Hiring team stakeholder management and collaboration
  • Participation in programs and events to promote SoftwareOne Academy brand and values
  • Help plan and execute the company's overall Graduate program
  • Work closely with Global Business leaders to understand talent needs and lead talent acquisition initiatives
  • Develop and execute partnership strategies with Universities, NGOs, government institutions, Bootcamps, etc. across the region
