About the Role

The Human Resources team at Sin Nombre is seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to join their team in Iberia. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic and forward-thinking organization that values innovation and employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic guidance and support to business leaders to achieve organizational objectives and deliver value-added services to management and employees.
  • Collaborate with HR specialist teams to develop and implement employee programs and initiatives that drive business results and enhance the employee experience.
  • Partner with assigned business units to deliver HR-related services, including talent management, labour relations, performance management, and total rewards.
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, providing guidance on performance improvement and conduct-related matters.
  • Facilitate conflict resolution and work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
  • Provide policy guidance and interpretation, recommending and implementing changes as needed.
  • Develop and deliver presentations on HR-related topics to various stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Substantial understanding of employment law, employee relations, compensation, and salary administration.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, diplomacy, and customer service skills.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish/Portuguese.
