En esta ocasión, nuestro cliente es una reconocida empresa del sector alimentación, una empresa internacionalizada y en pleno proceso de crecimiento y rebranding, con una categoría de productos reconocida por su calidad, que opera tanto en canal moderno como tradicional, con cultura de empresa enfocada en personas.
Buscamos un Field Sales Manager , que se encaragará de gestionar el punto de venta y los diferentes GPV´s junto con la parte de Trade Marketing, y que desempeñara un papel crucial en el proceso de experiencia de los consumidores.
Su responsabilidad principal es asegurarse de que el punto de venta presenta atractivo, hay una correcta presentación y rotación de los productos, se cumplen las promociones y gestionar el equipo humano.
RESPONSABILIDADES: Desarrollar el negocio con los clientes existentes, visitar a los clientes, realizar visita en campo.
Identificar oportunidades de posicionamiento.
Liderar el equipo de Gpv´s y trade marketing, con foco en desarrollo de personas.
Buscar y aprovechar oportunidades de venta cruzada Gestionar las quejas de los clientes y resolverlas con el apoyo de los equipos de gestión de productos, proveedores y/o servicios.
Mantener activamente el sistema CRM con visibilidad de las acciones.
Ayudar en la preparación de informes.
Recibir y comunicar información importante del mercado (tendencias, clientes, competidores, etc.)
Elaborar el presupuesto anual.
Participación activa en ferias y eventos de asociaciones, así como promociones ad-hoc.
HABILIDADES Y CONOCIMIENTOS: Título universitario en áreas relacionadas con gestión de empresas, marketing... Conocimiento de gran consumo, alimentación o bebidas y haber llevado una posición similar liderando equipo de field.
Habilidades de comunicación efectiva y empatía.
Capacidad para tomar decisiones informadas y objetivas.
Conocimiento de sistemas de gestión de datos.
