Discover the possibilities at SynackThe Account Manager serves as sales, business development and renewals support for the Regional Account Executive, helping the Regional team to achieve success through quota attainment and customer retention.You will leverage your customer management, business and sales acumen, and technical skills to ensure you achieve the required customer renewal targets for your book of business. You will work closely with Customer Success and the Account Executive to ensure renewals are managed and processed appropriately. Performing business development activities to build pipeline for the Regional team and working closely with the Account Executive to close new logos.The ideal candidate will have experience in the cyber security industry, a consultative approach to working with customer stakeholders and a passion for sales and business development.Sound interesting?
