Your Role As a Senior Sales Account Manager, you will be at the forefront of our sales initiatives, driving growth and establishing lasting client relationships. Your role will directly contribute to the expansion and success of our dynamic organization.
Key Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet corporate objectives. Engage with clients, understand their needs, and tailor solutions to meet those needs. Manage a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Collaborate with marketing, product development, and technical teams to deliver a seamless client experience. Present sales reports and realistic forecasts to the management team. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within the localization industry is a must. Proven customer focus with a deep understanding of client needs and expectations. Strong technical experience relevant to the translation and localization industry. Exceptional time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects. Ability to work effectively within a team and contribute to collective goals.
