If you have experience in partnering with the business to deliver IT solutions, this may be the role for you. Be part of a team that has the backing to innovate, disrupt and change lives. You must be a self-starter with strong communication, influencing, project management, and change management skills. This role is located in our Alexion office in Barcelona, Spain and you will be a member of the Alexion RDU International IT Team (RDU IT) and report to the Associate Director, IT Business Partner International Medical based in Zurich, Switzerland.
This is what you will do: This role is a key pivot in the Medical Excellence IT team. As the IT Business Relationship Manager for Intl Medical, you will interact with the Key International Medical teams (medical operations & Field Excellence, Patient Support, HEOR, and the different Therapeutic Areas) to support the delivery of key strategic and local initiatives. Working in close collaboration with the global Center Of Excellences (CRM, Digital, Data and Analytics), you will accompany the deployment of capabilities defined in the scope of the roadmap agreed with the Medical business. As such, you will be an active contributor in the following environments:
Omnichannel strategy and solutions
Patient services & SFDC CRM & Healthcloud
Medical field force CRM and automation
Online market trends
Digital initiatives
Go to Market and Digital CoE team collaborations
Medical Analytics and Insights team deliveries
You will also ensure compliance with GDPR / regulatory requirements / compliance / Legal / IT Security policy for all the initiatives included in the IT Medical roadmap scope.
You will be responsible for: Covering a wide array of initiatives supporting the Intl Medical team will include the following responsibilities:
Accompany the business in the relaunch of Intl Medical VEEVA CRM, through Planning and Coordinating multiple parallel projects (including developments, customizations) to support each new product/indication launched across International countries.
Assess Data needs and availabilities to implement Dashboards, analytics and BI environment to support the Medical office and field teams.
Provide requirements analysis, design, test and deployment across the International Markets.
Drive change management, training and solutions adoption of Digital and technology solutions.
Lead the development of HealthCloud to support Medical operations.
Lead a study around Patient data regroupment into one pan-markets CRM solution and the related analytics.
Support the Rollout of the International Governance Model ensuring the key business stakeholders' demands are collected, reviewed, prioritized and approved according to the processes/tools defined by the International Governance Board.
Translation of business expectations to functional and technical requirements along Medical objectives.
Lead the IT and Project management activities needed to implement and rollout the evolving Key Account Management framework across the different Alexion International affiliates.
Work with Global, US colleagues and AZ IT teams to ensure alignment with platforms and process as needed.
You will need to have: Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Previous experience with Veeva CRM, SFDC Healthcloud, Veeva Network, Steeprock, Veeva Vault Medcom.
5-10 years experience working in Biotech, Pharmaceutical or Healthcare technology industry with strong exposure to medical operations and/or transformation deploying large scale solutions internationally in the area of Medical operations and excellence, Digital and Multichannel solutions.
IT business partner, Business analyst and project management experience, with a track record of delivering high risk and complex projects while meeting delivery, quality, and compliance standards.
Experience in SDLC, Agile and Waterfall IT solution implementation projects.
Strong understanding of IT Security, GDPR, etc.
Fluent in English (work language). Spanish strongly preferred, Additional European languages a big plus (Multinational team).
Significant experience and success in driving innovation, process improvement, and Technology & Digital delivery for a Pharma company in the areas of Medical Systems and product launches.
Understanding of corporate compliance and government regulations.
Strong team player, collaborator and networker.
Capacity to work autonomously, be included into project teams, or coordinating internal and external resources to deliver solutions.
Limited teleworking will be considered for this position.
We would prefer for you to have: Veeva CRM and associated modules certification.
QLIK and Power BI knowledge.
HealthCloud knowledge and understanding.
SCRUM Master Certification.
PMP certification (PMI/Prince 2/Agile).
Strong analytic skills.
Attention to detail and ability to think strategically and see the big picture.
