The objective is to unlock open telco capabilities in a seamless, standardized, and programmable manner. These capabilities are made accessible through globally recognized APIs, following the framework of CAMARA, an open-source project collaboratively led by the Linux Foundation and GSMA.By integrating telco capabilities, a vast array of possibilities opens, ranging from enhancing experiences during live events in stadiums and online gaming to enabling autonomous drone control and facilitating secure financial services or telesurgery with extended reality (XR) technologies. These use cases are built upon a set of Telco APIs that serve as a foundation for driving innovative solutions in various business domains, including connectivity optimization, communication enhancement, fintech innovations, privacy solutions, and security services. This includes establishing a clear and impactful narrative that resonates with both internal teams and external stakeholders, particularly within GSMA forums and the wider industry.Their mission will be to define and continuously refine the product's value proposition, ensuring it addresses the needs and challenges of the target market while positioning Open Gateway as a standout solution. Through close collaboration with Marketing, Sales, and design teams, will ensure the value of the product is embedded in every customer interaction, from initial engagement to ongoing usage. The candidate will also analyze market trends and customer insights to adapt the product's positioning, enhance its market fit, and support revenue growth. Ultimately, they will act as a key ambassador for the product's value, ensuring its unique benefits are clearly understood and effectively communicated across all channels.MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Develop an in-depth understanding of the Open Gateway product, its features, and capabilities to effectively communicate its value and story. Craft a cohesive and distinctive value proposition for all Open Gateway products services, highlighting a thriving ecosystem rich in benefits. Ensure this narrative resonates with and captivates both internal and external stakeholders.Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, such to ensure consistent messaging and alignment across all touchpoints. Crafting engaging and persuasive materials, including presentations, whitepapers, and product content, that effectively convey the unique value and benefits of Open Gateway.Actively participating in GSMA product forums and industry events to engage with key stakeholders.Identifying and leveraging opportunities to position the Open Gateway product as a thought leader and industry innovator, contributing to industry publications, speaking engagements, and other relevant channels. Monitoring industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics to continuously refine the product story and messaging, ensuring its relevance and effectiveness.Collaborating with internal teams to gather feedback, insights, and success stories, and leveraging this information to enhance the product story and showcase its impact.By effectively shaping and communicating the story of the Open Gateway product, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving its adoption, expanding its reach, and establishing it as a leading solution in the telco industry.EDUCATION REQUIREDPreferably, but not required, hold an MSc/BSc degree in Computer Science, Telecommunication Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field. Degrees in Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications are also welcome if the candidate has experience with digital products.KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLSExcellent communication skills, adapting the language and style to effectively convey messages to diverse audiences.Exceptional analytical skills and consultancy mindset.Exceptional written skills in both Spanish and English, with the ability to produce clear, concise, and persuasive content.Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, fostering a cooperative and productive working environment.Proven ability to thrive in a teamwork-oriented setting, actively participating in collaboration, sharing ideas, and providing support to colleagues.Resilient and adaptable, possessing a comprehensive understanding of the challenges inherent in working within large organizations and navigating complex landscapes.Skilled at managing uncertainty and confidently navigating unfamiliar situations, bringing a sense of stability and direction to ambiguous environments.Results-oriented mindset, driven by the desire to achieve tangible outcomes and consistently deliver on job responsibilities while aligning with organizational objectives.Effective at engaging individuals from different units and levels of the organization, building rapport, and fostering collaboration to drive collective success.Proficient in working under pressure, maintaining composure, and meeting tight deadlines without compromising the quality of work.PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCEMinimum of 7 years of hands-on experience, with a proven track record of working in digital product units in managerial or technical capacities and/or extensive experience in Product strategy and consultancy in digital environments.LANGUAGESFluent in both Spanish and English, enabling effective communication and collaboration in multinational environments.Proficiency in Portuguese or German is considered an additional asset, as it allows for better engagement with key stakeholders in regions where these languages are widely spoken.When you join Telefónica You join almost 100 years of history, a team of 106 nationalities present in more than 35 countries.
