Si es usted, nos encantaría hablar.Tareas y Responsabilidades:Conocer y cumplir los estándares de seguridad, medioambiente y de gestión de riesgos (plan de emergencia) de Essity.Identificar, reportar y remediar los riesgos en seguridad, y gestión de riesgos (condiciones y comportamientos).Conocer y cumplir los estándares y actividades de calidad y seguridad de producto con el fin de asegurar las especificaciones definidas y garantizar así la satisfacción de los clientes y consumidores.Consecución de todos los indicadores de rendimiento establecidos (MSQDC).Definir las herramientas de control de proceso: Conocer las expectativas de los consumidores para traducirlos en parámetros medibles estableciendo indicadores de control de proceso (QFD) asegurando en todo momento el máximo rendimiento de los equipos asignados.Para los indicadores de control de proceso identificados (centerline), definir los parámetros y tolerancias adecuadas, realizar control estadístico de proceso (SPC) y determinar las capacidades de proceso (Cpk) para aquellos que sean estratégicos.En colaboración con el CIP CV (Responsable de procesos de CV) definir los estándares y parámetros básicos a controlar en cada proceso.Definir los procedimientos SOP de regulación de proceso.En colaboración con el CIP CV (Responsable de procesos de CV) definir los procedimientos SOP mínimos y estratégicos que deben existir en una línea de producción.Definir los procedimientos SOP de Cambios de formato así como sus indicadores para evaluar el rendimiento de los mismos.Definir las actividades de auto-mantenimiento necesarias para asegurar el proceso (limpiezas e inspecciones; CIL) dentro el programaTPM.Realizar seguimiento activo de la implantación y cumplimiento de los estándares / herramientas de control de proceso anteriormente nombradas.Realizar seguimiento del análisis de las pérdidas asociadas al proceso (Tiempo de paro por ajustes no planificados).Definir las especificaciones de los materiales utilizados para la fabricación de los productos terminados acorde a las necesidades de los clientes.Definir los ciclos de producción más óptimos y determinar el tamaño de los lotes de fabricación en función de las necesidades del departamento de planificación.Verificar la correcta coordinación de las actividades que interfieren la línea de producción para reducir al máximo el impacto sobre los indicadores de rendimiento establecidos
