Join Essity Ab as a Process Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Engineer to join our team at Essity Ab. As a Process Engineer, you will play a crucial role in creating and implementing standards in our production process, ensuring the highest level of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement process standards and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency
  • Collaborate with production teams to train and coach on new processes and procedures
  • Facilitate the application of Global Manufacturing Excellence principles and tools
  • Conduct technical gap analysis and lead small group activities to improve processes
  • Optimize production processes through RCA and standardization
Requirements:
  • University Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or equivalent field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Results-oriented and initiative-driven
  • High skill in English and Spanish
