Buscamos un/a University Sales Consultant con un perfil claramente orientado a la venta de programas universitarios. La candidatura ideal es un/a profesional dinámica y proactiva, con una marcada vocación comercial e influencia y también con capacidad para identificar las oportunidades de negocio dentro del entorno educativo.
Estamos buscando un perfil altamente motivado/a por formar parte del propósito de nuestra Universidad: Humanizamos la Transformación de la Sociedad.
UIC Barcelona tiene aproximadamente 8.000 estudiantes, con acceso a 16 programas de grado, ocho dobles grados y unos 30 dobles grados internacionales. También ofrecemos una amplia gama de másteres, posgrados y cursos.

Para que puedas apoyar la misión de la Dirección de Promoción y Admisiones, esta serán las funciones del puesto:
Promoción y ventas: desarrollar todas las actividades comerciales para conseguir que el alumno finalmente se matricule en UIC Barcelona, con una clara orientación a la satisfacción del cliente.
Diseñar y ejecutar estrategias comerciales: desarrollar e implementar estrategias efectivas de captación para los programas asignados, con un enfoque en el logro de objetivos de inscripción y ventas.
Gestión y seguimiento de candidatos: procesar y supervisar las solicitudes de los candidatos, asegurando un seguimiento constante y personalizado a lo largo de todo el proceso de admisión para maximizar las conversiones.
Colaboración estratégica: trabajar en estrecha colaboración con los departamentos de Comunicación, Marketing y el equipo docente para alinear las estrategias de captación de alumnos con los objetivos institucionales.

Requisitos:
Formación académica: Grado universitario.
Experiencia: De 2 a 3 años en un rol similar, preferentemente en un entorno comercial.
Compromiso con la excelencia: Capacidad demostrada para mejorar continuamente, establecer relaciones de trabajo efectivas y alcanzar los objetivos propuestos.
Nivel fluído de inglés: somos una Universidad con un marcado carácter internacional por lo que utilizarás el idioma con los potenciales alumnos.
