You will be handling bills and invoices that we receive from vendors or suppliers and make sure these bills are accurate, organized and processed.You will also be responsible for tracking the money that the company is owed from customers or clients. This includes sending out invoices, following up on late payments, and making sure that payments are received in a timely manner. We are looking for a good communicator that can work with customers on payment arrangements and resolves any issues that may arise.Are you ready to keep our financial wheels turning smoothly? Join our teamWhat will be your main responsibilities? You will have the opportunity to directly manage the financial transactions of our company. You will contribute to the financial health and success of our organization.Each day brings new challenges and tasks, from processing invoices to resolving payment discrepancies to negotiating payment terms.You will interact with a wide range of vendors, customers, and internal stakeholders, requiring strong communication and interpersonal skills.You will be working in a dynamic, international environment, working with entities based in several countries in Europe.Workplace This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work remotely for 2 days per week.
