This is a unique role that acts as a cross-functional driver connecting community relations, content creation & curation as well as product management. This role is for someone with an entrepreneurial drive, combined with disciplined growth tactics and a leadership mindset.As a Country Growth Lead on the Product & Tech team at Reddit, you will be a key player on a cross-functional team and play a pivotal role in deepening Reddit's global presence. Steering a small local community and content team, your objective will be to drive ecosystem growth by nurturing, and managing communities, guiding content initiatives, and spearheading growth marketing efforts.This is a 1-year contract role.You will forge influential partnerships on and off-platform to reach new users, grow the community ecosystem and create an inviting environment that attracts and retains a growing user base.
