Job Description Summary:
Global CSA Growth Lead:
CSA is Havas Media’s organization dedicated to delivering end-to-end data & technology solutions rooted in meaningful business growth. CSA combines a deep understanding of our clients’ business with in-network data & technology expertise to provide a customer-focused and results oriented approach to data analysis, implementation, and optimization.
Purpose of the role:
The Global CSA Growth lead will focus on growing CSA’s consulting and implementation work of different solutions for clients; currently focused on Google and Adobe with the potential to expand to other partners. The Global CSA Growth lead will partner extensively with the local markets, COEs and the global team to further develop go-to-market approaches CSA and its Technology capabilities. This person should be highly sales-oriented and feel comfortable explaining data and tech-related topics to all levels including a focus on the value these solutions drive.
This role reports to the Executive Vice President of CSA & Mx Analytics
Job Description:
- Key areas of responsibility
- Develop a strong go-to-market approach focused on technology solutions available in local markets
- Partner with CSA Tech leads in markets, Search Labs and other stakeholders to unify solutions, create community and provide support for sales opportunities
- Manage the governance around lead distribution, and project delivery with CSA COEs as they are developed and expanded
- Partner closely with technology partners (primarily Google and Adobe for now) to grow the partnerships including joint selling, pipeline development and marketing
- Work closely with Havas’ Global Partnerships team to ensure partnerships with tech companies align with CSA needs and we’re delivering on stated partnership goals
- Make yourself available to go to markets and support in selling opportunities
- Work closely with local markets to evolve current offering and identify new service areas for growth
- Support opportunities on global and multi-market clients including partnering with digital & data leads and tech partners in local markets to showcase additional services
- Work with global and local teams, including growth and comms teams, to develop thought leadership pieces that educate and showcase our ability drive business change through successful technology projects
