**The Marketing department** aims to encourage the world to be as enthusiastic about our products as we are. We have more than twenty different teams with specific areas of focus. Our teams are sharp, highly skilled, and data-driven, focusing on customer acquisition and monetization initiatives.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven **Country Manager - Marketing & Growth** to spearhead our marketing and revenue growth initiatives in Spain. This role is pivotal in driving the company’s revenue through performance-oriented activities, with a strong focus on measurable results and ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Conduct daily performance checks to ensure marketing activities are meeting revenue targets and ROAS standards
- Collaborate with marketing teams to prepare presentations, reviewing past performance and strategizing future initiatives in Spain
- Design and execute local marketing campaigns tailored to drive revenue in Spain
- Provide support to marketing teams, guiding them in achieving both their individual goals and country-specific objectives.
- Identify and secure new affiliate partners, negotiating deals and overseeing their performance and optimization.
- Understand the influencer marketing landscape - work with agencies and influencers directly to achieve conversion and ROAS goals and reputation guidelines.
- Initiate and expand retail business opportunities
- Act as the primary face of the company in Spain, engaging with the media, attending interviews, and being the contact for local events.
- Monitor and report on competitor activities in Spain.
- Review some of the content in Spanish, ensuring consistency and brand alignment
- Lead and manage a copywriter.

**Core Requirements**:

- Proven experience (2-5 years) in a similar role, with a strong focus on Revenue Growth + Affiliate & Influencer Marketing
- Experience with SEO, Mobile Marketing and/or Paid Marketing is a plus
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven. Experience with ROAS-focused marketing strategies
- Proficient in negotiation and partnership development
- Good communication and public speaking skills
- Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken, with international work experience
- Ability to travel 2 times per year to Vilnius, Lithuania and in Spain when required
