We highly value the contributions of each of our 800+ employees, providing them with ample opportunities for growth and the development of invaluable skills.As a B2B Sales Manager for the Italian Market: You will work on the Sales Organisation:Build an efficient Sales organization to drive efficiencies, ownership, and accountability.Recruit, train, and manage a team of high performing Team Leads, Inside Sales, and Account Managers to complete inbound and outbound merchant acquisition or growth initiatives.Assess individual performance through observation and measurement and suggest corrective actions as needed.Incubate new business verticals to ramp to strong commercial efficiency and overall business knowledge, and share feedback on individual performance with new hire managers execution.Work directly with leadership to understand and establish the OKRs and goals for a sales team
