En Ianus Legrand estamos buscando Sales Manager para nuestra clienta, empresa multinacional de la Industria Dental con presencia en el territorio nacional, para su división de implantología dental.¿Qué requisitos debes cumplir para poder optar al puesto?Nuestros esenciales son:Formación CFGS en prótesis dental, rama sanidad o administración / Estudios universitarios relacionados con ADE, Comercio o similar. Experiencia demostrable de 5 años en el sector de la industria dental como responsable de ventas o similar.Historial de consecución de objetivos demostrable en puestos similares.Nivel alto Inglés. Capacidad de liderazgo y trabajo en equipo. Pensamiento creativo y resolutivo para solucionar problemas.
Dotes de negociación y comunicación persuasiva. Disposición para viajar habitualmente. Compromiso con el proyecto.Soltura con entorno informático, herramientas de ventas y CRM.¿Qué necesitas para conseguir tu objetivo y destacar sobre el resto?El plus que pueda marcar la diferencia se basará en:Experiencia mínima de 5 años desarrollando tareas como comercial dentro del mismo sector (implantes, prótesis, instrumental, etc).Dominio de alemán (competencia profesional). Contar con conocimientos técnicos sobre los productos de la empresa. Disponer de experiencia y contactos del sector en el territorio nacional y en tu zona de influencia. ¿Cuáles serán tus funciones?Durante el desarrollo de tu día a día te encargarás de cuestiones como: Reportar a la Gerencia Nacional, como a la Central en Alemania.Diseño de estrategia comercial, propuesta de objetivos comerciales de la compañía y de cada miembro del equipo.Planificación, realización y seguimiento de las acciones correspondientes para que se cumplan los objetivos. Coordinar y apoyar al equipo de ventas.
Visitar agentes, distribuidores y clientes. Detectar necesidades de cada cliente (comunicación y seguimiento). Negociar con clientes. Ampliar la cartera de clientes. Buscar nuevas oportunidades de negocio.Asistir a diferentes Congresos, Ferias médicas y foros de interés comercial para promocionar los diferentes productos de la empresa.¿Qué características tendrá el puesto? Formar parte de un proyecto líder en sector Dental. ? Modelo híbrido. Retribución fija hasta 45k€ anuales, negociable en base a varios parámetros.
