We are very pleased to announce that Teleperformance is looking for a Business Development Director to join our Business Development team in Spain.The Business Development Director will take full ownership ofwinningnew accounts and growing the accounts within the BFSI Vertical in the Spanish Market. He/She will be developing and executing a local BD strategy that drives measurable results and supports the overall success of the new business development team across Spain.The Business Development Director will be anSMEfor the BFSI Vertical ,owningand developing the GTM & Key Target plans and strategies that will form the basis for value driven sales growth - plan to include:Analysis of strengths & weaknesses of current business with the BFSI VerticalCompetitive analysis/strategy for penetration of new accounts/logos with the BFSI verticalTo be successful in this role you must have:Strong experience in BPO/Outsourcing5yrs+ experience of selling complex BFSI solutionsHighly skilled at developing a network of prospectsSolid knowledge across the financial services sectorProven track record in hunting for new business opportunitiesHunting background/MindsetDemonstrable background in developing go to market strategies.Proven ability to manage Internal/external StakeholdersAbility to work in cross-cultural environment and forge a relationship network across multi-discipline groups and occasionally third partiesThis is a key role in Spain - you will be accountable for driving the strategy of increasing our BFSI footprint within the Spanish region , you will be reporting to Spain's Chief Business Development officer.
