**Tasks and Qualifications**:
**Misión**:
Entregar herramientas, procesos y estándares para asegurar la eficiencia del servicio y el desarrollo de negocios en las marcas.

**Funciones principales y responsabilidades**:

- C rear una hoja de desarrollo con proyectos y objetivos definidos para maximizar el rendimiento del negocio.
- Defini r los roles y tareas de los miembros del equipo.
- Visuali zar los datos estratégicos e informes a las marcas de los sistemas IT ( I nformation Technology ) para garantizar transparencia y dirección reactiva de las marcas acorde a los datos proporcionados.
- Defini r el presupuesto de _after sales _para las diferentes ramas de negocio.
- Defini r el presupuesto de _spear _parts _para los negociadores.
- Segui r la consecución de la carga de trabajo del equipo - dirección de la carga de trabajo y tiempo de respuesta.
- Dirigir el cambio del SAP al SAP4Hanna (Softwares de gestión de empresa).
- Monitoriz ar y toma r decisiones sobre el rendimiento del negocio y operatividad de equipos técnicos.
- Mantenimiento del sistema de Jira para la gestión de cargas de trabajo del departamento
- Asegurar el avance de los proyectos y OKRs definidos en tiempo y forma.

**Formación, conocimientos & Experiência**:
Formación superior: G rado - Licenciatura en Ingeniería / ADE o similar o más de 2 años de experiência en la definición y gestión de proceso s de SAP o más de 4 años dirigiendo proyectos multidisciplinarios.
- Experiência en metodología Agile: Metodología Scrum.
- Inglés escrito y hablado con fluidez.
- Experto en aplicaciones Microsoft.
- Dominio de Excel.
- SAP/ERP (Software de gestión de empresa).
- Experiência con Power BI (modelado a través de flujos de datos y conjuntos de datos).
- Se requiere experiência previa en la gestión de equipos humanos.
