**About the role**:
The Cloud Systems & Services team is responsible to optimize the business processes required for these businesses. This includes offering shared services through TDSYNNEX owned Shared Service Center outsourced to service partners in EMEA.
The Cloud Business Support will work directly with our Operations Support team and in constant contact with countries and stakeholders. She/He/Them will work with management, local sales teams, internal departments, platforms owners, IT teams, customers and vendors to gather and analyze information and make recommendations. An important role for this will be to work closely with TDSYNNEX Country sales teams to ensure appropriate service levels are provided to Super Users, End Users, and Customers.
The analyst will also work closely with vendors to ensure appropriate understanding, documentation, and use of their platforms as applicable.
Other project orientated duties may be assigned as needed.
**What you will do**:
- Mapping of process flows across Operations teams: the collection, documentation and analysis of data, the identification of process gaps and support of process improvement initiatives to increase operational efficiencies.
- Conduct root cause analysis of process inefficiencies by examining material flow, scheduling, production capacity, constraints.
- Proactively monitor cloud resources and identify potential performance bottlenecks.
- Document all process accordingly: Ensure all necessary procedures and management processes are implemented to guarantee homogeneous and up-to-standard across locations within regional scope.
- Ensure relationship with countries and other stakeholders under excellency metrics.
- Review KPI's and SLA's and work upon them to keep the expected metrics.
**What we're kindly looking for**:
- Experience in a technical/customer support or operations role
- Ability to work autonomously and independently.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
- Professional English level
- Excel intermediate level
- Adaptability - process may vary
**Nice to have**:
- Significant experience working with large multinational accounts.
- Experience with Marketplace/Cloud technologies is a plus, but not mandatory.
- additional European languages being a plus.
- Excel advance knowledge considered a plus but not mandatory.
- Technical Know-how tools such as: SAP, MS office products, ticketing tool, and operating systems as well as monitoring tools
