Hr Assistant, Site Hr/Pxt Team

Job ID: 2703909 | Afaq - Warehouse BranchKey Responsibilities Act as a subject matter expert in Amazon and Labor law policies to ensure the work environment is healthy and compliant.Data entry in a variety of systems including Excel files, PeopleSoft, and other miscellaneous reports.Being first contact for employees regarding attendance and various HR questions and services.Managing & implementing the engagement plans with the assigned population.Monitoring and reporting attendance, absences and leaves.Auditing and reporting on system and communicate inputs to the payroll team for accurate salaries.Creating reports on a regular basis as needed.Periodic business trips to other KSA locations needed to support locations that do not have an assigned HR member present, and weekly visits to the Hafuf station.A Day in the Life You will be working with others from the same function to support and serve the company's employees, while playing a vital role in preserving and improving the culture and environment through the HR scope. We are sometimes called upon to support with tasks outside of our scope, and wholeheartedly accept it as we are customer obsessed.
