We are now looking for a European Revenue Growth Management Director to join our passionate Commercial team in Spain-Europe.
Based at our headquarters in Barcelona, the selected candidate will play a key role in driving business growth.
Mission of the position: The mission of this role is to create and roll out a framework to impulse the creation of strong RGM programs that ensure a sustainable growth and maximize business profitability by understanding customer & category P&L Main functions and responsibilities: 1.
Lead & Report the RGM program across the European region in coordination with the different BUs.

Create and roll out the GB RGM framework & tools that enable a consistent reading across Europe: 2.1Lead the Pricing Board for Europe – creating key pricing policies, identifying and curating key 3Net/5Net corridors across the region & identifying critical pricing opportunities 2.2.Mix: Helping countries to Identify and impulse key portfolio opportunities by channel and client.
2.3 Promo: Helping countries to optimize promotional investments by category and channel and creating key rules for promo investment.
2.4 Trade Terms: Identification of Trade terms risks and opportunities across Europe & strategy development.

Lead the fuel reallocation at European Level (BU.
category and customer) discussion in the Region.

Foster a continuous improvement & sharing of Best Practices amongst the different countries 5.
Support the Int.
Negotiations team with the pricing analysis Team: - Finance RGM controlling dotted line - BU's RGMs dotted line Requirements for the position Competencies: - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in financial analysis and P&L management.
- Ability to drive change and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- High English level (C1 at least) Experience: - Minimum of 10 years of experience in revenue growth management, pricing strategy, or a related field.
- Proven track record of leading successful RGM programs at a regional or global level.
- Experience in the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry is highly desirable also in trade marketing departments.
- Demonstrated experience in managing cross-functional teams and working in a matrix organization.
Education: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- MBA or other relevant advanced degree is preferred.
Other requirements - Willing to travel 20% of time
