Trabajamos por el éxito y por el capital humano, por ello nuestros empleados se sienten orgullosos de trabajar en Beiersdorf, de sus valores (Cuidado, Confianza, Sencillez y Coraje) y de sus marcas.Tus responsabilidades Con sede en Barcelona y bajo la supervisión del Kam Indirect Channel, este puesto es responsable de lograr el crecimiento rentable de las ventas mediante la creación y ejecución de planes de negocio con los grupos de farmacia independientes y dependientes de mayorista farmacéutico a nivel nacional.Este puesto es responsable de desarrollar y mantener relaciones sólidas e influyentes con los responsables de los grupos clave en el canal farmacia para desarrollar y ejecutar planes de negocio conjuntos mutuamente beneficiosos y lograr un crecimiento sostenible.Liderar el desarrollo y la ejecución de estrategias de corto y largo plazo para los grupos, que optimicen la rentabilidad y los ingresos por ventas y logren los objetivos de la empresa, la categoría y el cliente.Contribuir al éxito en la estrategia de grupos considerando las prioridades de compañía y la integración directa e indirecta del plan comercial del canal.Colaborar con el departamento de SCM para desarrollar, ejecutar y hacer un seguimiento de los planes específicos de los grupos (principalmente surtido y acciones promocionales) para lograr los objetivos de negocio.Velar por el cumplimiento y ejecución de los acuerdos pactados con los clientes para maximizar los resultados y visibilidad de la marca.Contribuir al éxito de nuestra estrategia de canal, manteniendo siempre una visión de omnicanalidad para medir correctamente el impacto en otros canales de la compañía.Tu perfil Formación universitaria en ADE, Marketing, ventas o similares.Valorable experiencia previa en rol similar.Sólidas habilidades analíticas, negociación y planificación.Buen conocimiento de herramientas Office (especialmente Excel/Powerpoint).Alta orientación a objetivos y al cliente.Disponibilidad para viajar al menos el 40% de su tiempo.Idiomas: castellano e inglés.
