Tu día a día: Serás responsable de liderar un equipo de venta presencial, asegurando su compromiso y motivación para contribuir de manera directa al objetivo de venta.
Estarás a cargo de un territorio clave, Málaga ciudad.
Las principales responsabilidades serán:Crear la estrategia territorial de la mano del supervisor para aumentar la afluencia de leads y las productividades del equipo.Estar encargado de optimizar la eficiencia de cada fuente de leads.Liderar y motivar al equipo, creando un clima de trabajo constructivo a través de un feedback constante, revisando y auditando el desempeño y la calidad de servicio de cada Community Activator.Planificar junto al equipo de Community Activators el día a día de forma óptima, teniendo en cuenta las necesidades del negocio.Supervisar la ejecución de los KPIs del equipo de ventas de manera diaria, acompañando en cada zona al Community Activator con el objetivo de aumentar su productividad.Identificar las oportunidades de negocio y cerrar acuerdos con los establecimientos de la zona asignada, generando un adecuado engagement con el punto de venta durante la colaboración.Activar diferentes comunidades con el objetivo de fomentar la recomendación.Garantizar que se cumplen los estándares y guías fijados por PMI que aseguren la excelencia en la ejecución, invirtiendo la mayor parte de tu tiempo junto a su equipo, así como de cara al cliente para proponer soluciones ante imprevistos que satisfagan las necesidades del consumidor.Auditar el onboarding de los nuevos ingresos garantizando que tengan las herramientas en tiempo y forma para comenzar a producir en el territorio.Asegurar que todos los miembros del equipo tengan un claro entendimiento de los Principios y Políticas de la Compañía y actúen en consecuencia.Auditar los presupuestos manejados por los miembros del equipo.Completar todas las actividades de desarrollo profesional y evaluación de equipos trabajando con supervisores y People & Culture, identificando perfiles de alto/bajo potencial.A quién buscamos: Titulación universitaria es valorable: licenciatura o grado.
