About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Leader to join our Datacenter Projects team at Schneider Electric Norge As. As a Technical Leader, you will be responsible for leading technical projects and teams, ensuring the successful delivery of complex datacenter solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead technical projects and teams, ensuring the successful delivery of complex datacenter solutions.
  • Develop and implement technical strategies and plans to meet business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, and marketing, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Identify and mitigate technical risks, ensuring that projects are delivered with minimal disruption and impact.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders, ensuring that their technical needs are met and exceeded.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a technical leadership role, preferably in the datacenter industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Strong technical expertise in datacenter design, engineering, and operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel up to 40% of the time, both domestically and internationally.
