Job Title: Community Architect Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Community Architect Leader to join our team at Admiral Europe Tech. As a key member of our Architecture Community, you will be responsible for leading the development of our community and driving the growth of our Architecture Capability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of 5-10 reports with architecture careers, including Solution Architects, Software Architects, and Software Experts.
  • Lead the Architecture Capability for the Tech Domain, driving Architecture practices, monitoring activities, and improving them.
  • Report to the CTO and attend the Capacity Committee of the Tech Domain.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve community skill governance, personal development, and people management.
  • Measure, monitor, and support improvement initiatives in the area of expertise.

Requirements:

  • Proven leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders.
  • Strong technical skills, with a deep understanding of Architecture Management disciplines.
  • Ability to identify opportunities for improvement and plan implementation.
  • Good communication level in English (B2+).
