Job Title: Software Architect Team Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Architect Team Leader to join our team at Admiral Europe Tech.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our Architecture Community, driving Architecture practices, and monitoring Architecture activities to improve them.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of 5-10 reports, including Solution Architects, Software Architects, and Software Experts.
  • Lead the Architecture Capability for the Tech Domain, driving Architecture practices and monitoring Architecture activities.
  • Report to the CTO and attend the Capacity Committee of the Tech Domain.
  • Responsible for Community Skill Governance, personal development, people management, coaching, and training of Community members.
  • Measure, monitor, and support improvement initiatives in the area of expertise.

  • Proven leadership skills, inspiring and motivating team members to give their best.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse teams.
  • Strong technical expertise in Architecture Management disciplines.
  • Ability to identify opportunities for improvement and plan implementation.
  • Soft skills: Communication, Flexibility, Openness & Change Management, Dare to Lead, Decision Making, People Development.
  • Good communication level in English: +B2.
