About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for software delivery for a team, working collaboratively with business analysts, other leaders, and engineers to create the best product for our customers.
  • Analyze the scope of Product Team initiatives and coordinate with other squads to estimate, map dependencies, plan sprints, resolve blockers, and ensure timely release to market.
  • Work on the design and architecture of our software and hands-on on critical tasks, ensuring team efficiency and high-quality work.
  • Collaborate in release activities, including clear and detailed plans or checklists for testing and roll-out.
Developing Our People
  • Coach engineers to grow in a professional and personal way, improving skills, problem-solving abilities, and supporting them with frequent feedback.
  • Think critically about the long-term career development of team members, conducting regular check-ins and 1-1s.
  • Learning and sharing experiences on new technologies and trends, and how to leverage them in current and future products.
  • Collaborating and sharing knowledge with others across the group, exhibiting passion and advocating for change.
