**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage a team of 5-10 architects, including Solution Architects, Software Architects, and Software Experts
- Lead the Architecture Capability for the Tech Domain, driving architecture practices and improving them
- Report to the CTO, attend the Capacity Committee of the Tech Domain, and be a member of the L'olivier Tech Domain Leadership
- Responsible for Community Skill Governance across Teams, personal development, people management, coaching, and training of Community members
- Measure, monitor, and support improvement initiatives in the area of expertise given
**Requirements:**
- Ability to inspire and lead people to give their best
- Good communication and respect for peers
- Performance-focused, providing coaching and training when needed
- Recognized as a domain expert in the competence skill
- Initial knowledge of Architecture Management disciplines
- Good communication level in English: +B2
