About the role of the Food & Beverage administrative assistant The F&B Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative, clerical and support services to the Director of F&B as well as general F&B operations. Will be responsible for working in all areas of F&B as needed to provide an excellent guest and member experience.
What you will do: Assist with day-to-day tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping related to F&B operations.Assist in the planning and execution of events, including meetings, conferences, and special occasions for F&B functions.Assist in compiling data and information for budget planning and inventory management.Assist with payroll, training, and all administrative processes related to F&B departments.What you bring: Fluency in Spanish and English is required for this position.A minimum of two (2) years working in Food & Beverage department.One + years' experience working within a luxury hotel or similar environment is considered an asset.Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills.Cross-cultural sensitivity and customer service orientation.Guest centricity and understanding of the importance of guest preferences.*This job requires applicants to have current work authorization in Mexico.*
