Responsibilities Support the overall HR function through the administration of HR programs, policies, and procedures.
Process payroll for Spain and for our European employees (Italy and Germany), and back-up for France.
Handle a wide range of HR-related administrative tasks, including onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, payroll, compliance, and data management.
Serve as the primary point of contact for employees in Spain, providing essential support on HR-related inquiries in close collaboration with the HR team in France.
