¿Qué vas a hacer? Planificar visitas, formaciones, colaboraciones, eventos… para la consecución de acuerdos con Promotoras, arquitecturas e Ingenierías.Detectar nuevas oportunidades de negocio en base al conocimiento del mercado.Asesorar a las Arquitecturas e Ingenierías del sector residencial y no residencial, en soluciones y servicios de acuerdo con la directriz marcada en los planes de negocio.Elaboración de propuestas técnicas, y seguimiento de proyectos en coordinación con la oficina técnica.Participar periódicamente en las reuniones de seguimiento para la consecución de los objetivos del área.Construir relaciones con entidades, colegios, universidades y escuelas de arquitectura que permitan promocionar los sistemas de la marca.Mantener actualizada la información relativa a su cartera de clientes en la herramienta CRM¿Qué necesitarás? Estudios de Ingeniería Técnica Industrial, Arquitectura o similarAl menos 3 años de experiencia trabajando en prescripción, en el sector industrial de fontanería, calefacción, calderas, bombas de agua, filtraciones o maquinariaConocimientos en la realización / interpretación de proyectos de fontanería, calefacción y climatizaciónPersona con grandes dotes comerciales, buen nivel de interlocución y capacidad para trabajar con autonomíaDisponibilidad para viajes dentro de su zona de actuación comercial¿Qué conseguirás?
