This role will be responsible for designing, configuring, and implementing complex integrations within the Workday platform but you will also play a pivotal role in other HRIS-related projects (e.G. process optimization, automation of repetitive tasks, new system implementation..).This is what your assignment looks like:Design, configure and test integrations using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIBs, and Cloud Connect for third-party systems.Implement best practices for data governance and security within Workday integrations.Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve complex system issues, working closely with internal IT teams, Workday support, and external vendors as needed.Implement configuration changes (business processes, security roles, new reports, new features) according to business requirements and best practices.Identify opportunities for system optimization and performance enhancement, leveraging Workday's latest features and functionalities to drive continuous improvement.We ask:At least 4-5 years of experience working with Workday with a focus on integration development.
