Podrás ser el responsable del diseño, ejecución de los proyectos técnicos en entornos complejos. Liderar la definición e implementación de proyectos en Salesforce Marketing Cloud.Gestión de proyectos relacionados con Customer Data Platform (CDP).Coordinación y liderazgo de equipos técnicos y funcionales, tanto locales como internacionales, garantizando la alineación de los proyectos con los objetivos estratégicos del negocio.Asegurar la entrega de proyectos en entornos ágiles, utilizando metodologías Agile y SAFe.Colaborar en la arquitectura de soluciones basadas en sistemas Cloud, SaaS y PaaS.Desarrollar e implementar arquitecturas de integración de sistemas en entornos de baja latencia tiempo real.Participar en la toma de decisiones estratégicas y técnicas, orientadas a la mejora continua de los procesos de marketing digital y ventas.Gestionar la incertidumbre y complejidad inherente a proyectos de alto impacto tecnológico en grandes corporacionesRequisitosExperiencia en la implementación de soluciones con Adobe AEP y AEM.Experiencia sólida en Salesforce Marketing Cloud y proyectos de transformación digital en grandes empresas.Dirección de proyectos técnicos complejos y multidisciplinares, gestionando tanto equipos como stakeholders internacionales.Conocimiento avanzado en arquitecturas de integración Cloud y SaaS.Conocimiento técnico en arquitecturas PaaS y soluciones de baja latencia.Experiencia en metodologías Agile y SAFe, con capacidad para dirigir proyectos en un entorno ágil.Capacidad para gestionar proyectos con un alto grado de incertidumbre.Experiencia en integración de sistemas digitales y herramientas de marketing avanzadas (e.G.
